Senior Product Engineer (Full-Stack) — LATAM Expansion
- Worked on backend microservices using Java / Spring Boot to onboard a Brazilian merchant, enabling Juspay to function as a standalone payment gateway with secure reconciliation flows.
- Integrated an OpenFinanceBR gateway to talk to banks supporting Pix Automático; implemented consent/mandate lifecycle, schema validation, and retry/error handling.
- Built parts of the Pix Biometric and container-based identity pipeline — contributed backend orchestration and Flow-level handlers (PureScript + backend).
- Handled end-to-end merchant integrations (including FoodToSave): gateway routing, callbacks, reconciliation, and verification testing with merchant teams.
- Helped improve SDK–backend interactions and contributed to SDK architecture for multi-platform onboarding (Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter).
- Worked on Juspay’s core mobile SDK ecosystem used across millions of devices; contributed improvements to stability, error handling and performance.
- Maintained and enhanced the cross-platform plugin suite (React Native, Flutter, Capacitor, Cordova), ensuring consistent behaviours across frameworks.
- Implemented updates to Android and iOS SDKs for 3DS 2.0, including improvements to challenge UI, fallback handling and instrumentation.
- Contributed to the BBPS In-App SDK, enabling merchants to integrate bill payment flows directly inside their apps.
- Worked with UI/UX team to support customization in the Payment Pages SDK, helping merchants design their own payment experiences.
- Developed and enhanced UPI and QR modules, including secure deep-link logic and intent-based flows for Android/iOS.
- Improved developer onboarding for SDK integrations by refining documentation, adding sample apps and assisting merchants during integration.
- Collaborated with product, security and compliance teams to convert LATAM requirements into engineering solutions.
Frontend Engineer
- Built a cross-platform food-delivery app using React Native (Expo) and led frontend work for an LMS built on React/Next.js.
- Integrated frontend with backend services (NestJS / PostgreSQL) and helped tune client-side performance where needed.
